Mission and Responsibilities
The Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all County-owned buildings and property. We provide the following services for all County-owned buildings:
- Housekeeping
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Heating
- Air Conditioning
- Carpentry
- Lock maintenance
- General building maintenance
- Lawn care
- Vehicle repairs
- Equipment repairs
- Moving furniture and furnishings
- Installing furniture and furnishings
In addition, the Maintenance Department sets up for County events and activities, and schedules and coordinates the completion of work among departments and buildings.
