Chowan County Board of Adjustment

As an appointed, quasi-judicial body, the Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals, variance requests, and requests for interpretations from this Ordinance as authorized by NCGS 160D- 302/405. There are currently one regular seat vacancy and two vacant “alternate” seats. This Board is NOT assigned by districts at this time.
