Telecommunications Manager

The 911 Central Communications Director works cooperatively with participating agencies for computer-aided and radio dispatch of law enforcement, fire and EMS while supervising clerical and professional employees.  You will direct the daily operations of a 24-hour emergency communication center; develop operational policies and procedures to implement objectives; plan and budget for existing and future staffing needs, technology replacement and other resources among several other duties.  Must prove competency in high-pressure environments and be on call 24 hours a day.
