Escrow Information

If you have an escrow account with a lending institution, taxes should be paid by them or their tax service agent. Tax bills will still be sent to the property owner NOT the lending institution for your records each year! You may wish to verify your payment date with your lending institution to ensure prompt payment. The property owner is responsible for ensuring full payment of this obligation.
